Cancellation

Bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, nil fees apply. Bookings cancelled between 14 – 4 days prior to arrival, will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total accommodation. Bookings cancelled within 4 days of arrival, failure to check-in for your booking or opting to check-out early will incur 100% cancellation fees for all accommodation, transfer and day-touring costs.
